WP1 is responsible for managing the project\u2019s finances and administration, while implementing effective strategies for risk management. Specifically, WP1 outlines the following roles: i) Leading the overall coordination of the project; ii) Handling the financial aspects of the project; iii) Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks; iv) Directing the technical and scientific aspects of the project; v) Overseeing the management of innovation and enhancing the value of project outcomes, and vi) Managing data, knowledge, and <\/span><\/span><\/span>Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). WP1 encompasses activities related to the dissemination &amp; impact generation. WP1 sets out the necessary steps to ensure that the solutions and findings of NEURONAS are effectively shared and communicated to scholarly and industrial entities, as well as the wider public. The dissemination will be carried out by the NEURONAS team to a range of stakeholders, including researchers, businesses, related projects, and individuals.<br \/><span class=\"fontstyle0\"><span class=\"fontstyle0\"><br \/><\/span><\/span><br \/><span class=\"fontstyle0\"><br \/><\/span><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/p><\/div><\/section><section class=\"aux-toggle-item\"><h5 id=\"aux-toggle-header-1292\" class=\"aux-toggle-header toggle-header\" tabindex=\"1292\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"aux-toggle-content-1292\" >WP2: Requirements Analysis, System Architecture, and Theoretical Framework<\/h5><div id=\"aux-toggle-content-1292\" class=\"aux-toggle-content toggle-content\" tabindex=\"1292\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"aux-toggle-header-1292\" ><p><ul><li><strong>Starting Month: M01<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Ending Month: M31<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>WP Leader: UTH<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><strong>Summary:<\/strong><\/p><table class=\"NormalTable\"><tbody><tr><td style=\"border-style: none\" width=\"200\"><span class=\"fontstyle0\">The objectives of WP2 include: i) the identification of the requirements and limitations of RIS-enabled wireless systems; ii) limitations of RIS connected through neuromorphic processor-based micro-controller; iii) the definition of appropriate KPIs accompanied by their targeted values; v) modeling of neuromorphic-enabled RIS plates working at sub-6GHz bands and impact of the movement of transceivers, RIS, interferers, and obstacles; vi) Extraction closed-form expressions, approximations, and bounds of theoretical KPIs, like the BER, OP, throughput, and EE, which quantifies the performance of RIS-assisted communications systems; vii) Setting up a new URLLC framework for RIS-based systems and vii) Develop, the information theoretic framework that quantifies self-information and entropy of neuromorphic-enabled RISempowered wireless systems.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><\/div><\/section><section class=\"aux-toggle-item\"><h5 id=\"aux-toggle-header-1293\" class=\"aux-toggle-header toggle-header\" tabindex=\"1293\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"aux-toggle-content-1293\" >WP3: NeuroRIS Hardware Design and Development<\/h5><div id=\"aux-toggle-content-1293\" class=\"aux-toggle-content toggle-content\" tabindex=\"1293\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"aux-toggle-header-1293\" ><p><ul><li><strong>Starting Month: M06<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Ending Month: M44<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>WP Leader: UoWM<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><strong>Summary:<\/strong><table class=\"NormalTable\"><tbody><tr><td style=\"border-style: none\" width=\"200\"><span class=\"fontstyle0\">The objectives of WP3 include: i) the design of meta-atoms able to smoothly operate under neuromorphic processing power; ii) limitations of RIS connected through NPU; iii) EM analysis and appropriate tests for accurate reflection and phase shift adaptation on the alteration of channel conditions; iv) development &amp; test of NeuroRIS in below 6 GHz bandwidth; v) packaging of NeuroRIS.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/p><\/div><\/section><section class=\"aux-toggle-item\"><h5 id=\"aux-toggle-header-1294\" class=\"aux-toggle-header toggle-header\" tabindex=\"1294\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"aux-toggle-content-1294\" >WP4: NeuroRIS Software Design and Development<\/h5><div id=\"aux-toggle-content-1294\" class=\"aux-toggle-content toggle-content\" tabindex=\"1294\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"aux-toggle-header-1294\" ><p><ul><li><strong>Starting Month: M10<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Ending Month: M40<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>WP Leader: NKUA<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><strong>Summary:<\/strong><\/p><table class=\"NormalTable\"><tbody><tr><td style=\"border-style: none\" width=\"200\"><span class=\"fontstyle0\">WP4 uses the power of SNN to study &amp; develop: i) unsupervised learning-based beam-tracking techniques for NeuroRIS systems, ii) \u0395\u0395 low-complexity resource orchestration schemes.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><\/div><\/section><section class=\"aux-toggle-item\"><h5 id=\"aux-toggle-header-1295\" class=\"aux-toggle-header toggle-header\" tabindex=\"1295\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"aux-toggle-content-1295\" >WP5: NeuroRIS Protocol Design and Development<\/h5><div id=\"aux-toggle-content-1295\" class=\"aux-toggle-content toggle-content\" tabindex=\"1295\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"aux-toggle-header-1295\" ><p><ul><li><strong>Starting Month: M12<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Ending Month: M46<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>WP Leader: UTH<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><strong>Summary:<\/strong><table class=\"NormalTable\"><tbody><tr><td style=\"border-style: none\" width=\"200\"><span class=\"fontstyle0\">The objectives of WP5 are to study the physical layer security and reliability aspects of the novel proposed NeuroRIS architecture.
